By using the Arquite website and services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Arquite provides architectural design, interior styling, landscape and related consultancy services. Project scopes, timelines and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements signed before work begins.

2. User accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• Arquite may suspend accounts that breach these terms

3. Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, concepts and content produced by Arquite remain the intellectual property of Arquite until full payment is received. On final payment, ownership transfers to the client as set out in the project contract.

4. Payments and refunds

• Consultation fees are non refundable once the session has taken place
• Project payments follow the milestone schedule in the client agreement
• Disputes must be raised within seven days of receiving an invoice

5. Limitation of liability

Arquite is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the service in question.

6. Third party links

This website may link to third party websites. Arquite is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those sites.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan.

8. Changes to these terms

Arquite may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
