Arquite provides architectural design, interior styling, landscape, and related consultancy services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements signed prior to commencement.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Arquite reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, and content produced by Arquite remain the intellectual property of Arquite until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the project contract.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place
- Project payments follow the milestone schedule outlined in the client agreement
- Disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice receipt
5. Limitation of Liability
Arquite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
